Peter is always prompt to respond (especially in the emergency situations!), incredibly helpful, courteous, and tidy. They displayed rare old fashioned courtesy and attention to detail ( a trait hard to come by these days ), whilst recently doing some work for me. They have gone out of their way to ensure a good job done. Not only that but, their level of communication kept me in the picture at all times,which is another super plus for Peter and the team-as this is also a courtesy quite often lacking these days.Fantastic advice and every part of the service much appreciated.
